Stoney Brook is a very popular venue with the Jeep club and is known to be a tough trail, grade 4 plus.
Here is the plan for the weekend:
We all meet at Stoney Brook on Friday, the 8th of August, at the dam house for a bring and braai. Pap and sauce with salads will be provided. Don’t worry about utensils; they will be provided. Bring your drinks for the evening.
Saturday morning, we will leave for the trail after breakfast provided by Annette and her staff. We will meet somewhere in a river for lunch. After lunch, we will head back to Stoney Brook to get ready for a feast of a dinner, supplied by Annette and her group. Breakfast will be served on Sunday morning before we head back home.
Cost includes bed & breakfast for Friday night and Saturday night, bush lunch on the trail, and dinner on Saturday night.
Cost per couple for the weekend: R3410.00
Cost per single member sharing: R2100.00
